You can run from the grave, but you can’t hide…

Half-vampire Cat Crawfield is now Special Agent Cat Crawfield, working for the government to rid the world of the rogue undead. She’s still using everything Bones, her sexy and dangerous ex, taught her, but when Cat is targeted for assassination, the only man who can help her is the vampire she left behind.

Being around Bones awakens all her emotions, from the adrenaline rush of slaying vamps side by side to the reckless passion that consumed them. But a price on her head—wanted: dead or half-alive—means her survival depends on teaming up with Bones. And no matter how hard Cat tries to keep things professional between them, she’ll find that desire lasts forever…and Bones won’t let her get away again. Original.

Review:

After the exciting first book in this series, I was thrilled to begin the next book. I was on edge to find out what will happen next with Cat and Bones after the ending of the last book.

I was totally shocked to find us 4 years into Cat's new life. I was so sad too, but that quickly changes as the book heats up! I love the ups and downs, twist and turns Frost throws into the story. Cat and Bones are amazing together and the chemistry comes right off the page to you. Their characters are strong and maintain the feel from the first book.

I also enjoy all the new characters introduced and can not wait to read more. Ian is a trip and so is Spade. I hope to see more of both in Cat and Bones next story. Frost does not disappoint. I look forward to reading on.
