Biography
Aimie Grey didn’t read a single book until she was in her early thirties. One fateful day, her friend decided to put an end to the madness and shoved a steamy romance novel under Aimie’s nose. After being forced to read one of “those” scenes, Aimie went home and bought the book, and the next one, and the one after that. In the two years since, Aimie has read close to four hundred books. Somewhere along the way, she became frustrated with reading repetitive stories revolving around the experienced man seducing the still virginal woman. Aimie decided to take matters into her own hands and wrote her debut full length erotic romance novel Never to Keep.
In addition to her day job as an IT system administrator, and her new evening gig as a writer, Aimie’s primary role in life is wife and mother. Aimie lives in the Midwest with her husband and two teenage daughters. (Now you know why she needs those books!)
THE INTERVIEW
TWINS- Where is your favorite place to go in the summer?
AIMIE- Disneyland and the beach. I'm a beach snob, though, and only like ocean beaches.
TWINS- What is your dream summer destination?
AIMIE- Southern California. I was definitely born in the wrong state!
TWINS- What is your favorite summer activity?
AIMIE- Walking along the beach with my feet in the ocean, listening to the waves crash on the shore. Unfortunately, I don't get to do that very often because I live in Central Ohio. When I'm not able to make it to the beach, I enjoy going to amusement parks with my family.
TWINS- Swimming or sun bathing?
AIMIE- Swimming

AIMIE- Both
TWINS- Beach or Lake or Pool?
AIMIE- Beach
TWINS- Hiking or biking?
AIMIE- Biking
TWINS- Camping or vacationing?
AIMIE- Vacationing
TWINS- In your opinion what is the sexiest summer wear on a man? woman?
AIMIE- Low hanging board shorts (without a shirt) for a man. I sing a very different tune when it comes to women, because I have two teenage daughters. I always tell them that showing 99% of their skin does not automatically equal sexy.
TWINS- What is your go to summer read?
AIMIE- I don't really have one yet. I've only been reading for a couple of years, so I'm still working on a TBR list a mile long. I haven't had much of a chance to re-read anything.
TWINS- Since it is summer and we love steamy reads for summer, what is your favorite steamy summer read?
AIMIE- I think it would take me all day to list them all!
TWINS- Where do you prefer to read in the summer?
AIMIE- On my deck, as long as it isn't too muggy outside. I love to read on the beach when I'm near the ocean.
TWINS- When you think summer what is the first thing to come to mind?
AIMIE- My husband getting all hot and sweaty while moving the lawn. I think sometimes he mows even when it doesn't need it, just because he knows how much I like to watch. ;)
TWINS- Have you ever had a summer fling/love?
AIMIE- That is an experience I never had. I don't feel like I've missed out on anything because I'm married to the man of my dreams.
TWINS- What is the sexiest way to travel in the summer? (type of car, motorcycle, bike)
AIMIE- A convertible with the top down, of course!
