LISA'S REVIEW: Hard To Hold On To (Laura Kaye)

Hard to Hold on To (Hard Ink #2.5)
by Laura Kaye

Synopsis:

Edward "Easy" Cantrell knows better than most the pain of not being able to save those he loves--which is why he is not going to let Jenna Dean out of his sight. He may have just met her, but Jenna's the first person to make him feel alive since that devastating day in the desert more than a year ago.

Jenna has never met anyone like Easy. She can't describe how he makes her feel--and not just because he saved her life. No, the stirrings inside her reach far beyond gratitude.

As the pair are thrust together while chaos reigns around them, they both know one thing: the things in life most worth having are the hardest to hold on to.

REVIEW:
First off, Way Too Short! I wanted so much more!!! I want to say poor Jenna but, really it is poor Easy. Jenna turned out to be the strong one and I loved it. That a big man like Easy had real emotions and that we got to see them. So moving! I was so excited to have this book. It seems like I have waited forever to get the next book. I think this could have easily been a full length novel. I was so sad to see it end. I want so much more and look forward to seeing more of Jenna and Easy in the next book. I hope we get to see his healing and growth in the books to come! I love this series and I really can't wait for more of the men of Hard Ink. I am also excited and hoping for a Jeremy and Charlie story *crossing fingers*!!! Another must read from Laura Kaye!
