Review:

This short paranormal is full of suspense for the leads. A good story that leaves you wanting more. The only thing holding me back from the 4 moon rating is the lack of background to describe the laws of the pack.

Being the first book in a series I expected more background to laws as well as the rivalry with the other pack. It left me wondering about a few things, causing me to hold back my 4 moon rating. I did enjoy that it was not the traditional werewolf mating story though and that kept me reading on for more. Also, the characters were characters I wanted to know more about. The ending left me want to read the next installment to learn of the other leads life after.
